Bellingham anchors Washington's most scenic triathlon corridor. The Lake Whatcom Triathlon hosts the State Age Group Championships each June — a long-standing race on one of the PNW's clearest lakes. The calendar extends across the islands: Orcas Island's triathlon at Olga, the OTILLO SwimRun on the island's trails, and the Three Lakes Triathlon at Friday Harbor.
