Vancouver Island runs a four-region calendar — Ironman 70.3 Victoria and The Victoria Half anchor the south at Elk Lake, Westwood Lake and Qualicum Beach serve the Central Island, and the Comox Valley brings racing to the island's north end. Cross-triathlon and gravel formats make the menu unusually varied.
