Washington runs 40+ triathlons a year from April through September — King County lake races, Ironman 70.3 Washington on the Columbia, island venues on Orcas and San Juan, and high-country events in Spokane and the northeast. Most of the density is west of the Cascades, but Eastern Washington has its own solid calendar.
