The Okanagan is Canada's triathlon heartland — warm lake water, desert heat, and a calendar that packs more race quality into one valley than most provinces see in a year. Kamloops indoor racing opens the season in spring; the Oliver Triathlon Weekend offers three distances across one weekend in June; Challenge Penticton draws long-course athletes to wine country in September.
