Idaho Triathlon Events

Idaho's triathlon calendar stretches the full length of the state — Coeur d'Alene in the north anchors it, where Ironman 70.3 and the CDA Triathlon share the same iconic lake. From there it runs south through the Palouse and down the Snake River Plain to Boise, where Ironman 70.3 Boise and the Spudman Triathlon draw big fields each summer. Bear Lake near the Utah border rounds out the southern end. Most of the race volume clusters at the two ends of the state; the middle tends to be quiet and high. Expect cold water, mountain backdrops, and transition areas where you will recognize the same faces all the way to the finish-line burgers.
